Welcome to Market Masters Mart. By accessing our website and utilizing our procurement services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Market Masters Mart serves as a General Order Supplier, providing procurement solutions for office stationery, IT equipment, industrial tools, security systems, and corporate pantry essentials. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by our management.

2. Ordering & Quotations

  • Quotations: Official quotations provided via email or physical copy are valid for a period of 7 days unless otherwise stated, due to market price fluctuations.

  • Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a formal Purchase Order (PO) or written confirmation via our official communication channels.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in PKR and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST/Income Tax) unless specifically mentioned.

  • Payment Terms: Standard payment is required upon delivery or as per the pre-agreed credit cycle for registered corporate clients.

  • Invoicing: Official tax invoices will be provided with every delivery.

4. Delivery & Logistics

  • Timelines: We strive to meet all delivery deadlines. However, Market Masters Mart is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Inspection: Clients are required to inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported immediately to our delivery staff.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • Items can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or do not match the specifications mentioned in the Purchase Order.

  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery in their original packaging.

6. Limitation of Liability

Market Masters Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products supplied or the inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
